Love this place! Everyone is so nice and welcoming, and my hair looks AMAZING! 😍💕 I’m definitely happy with how it turned out. Highly recommend!

If you have 4C hair or are a Black woman, do NOT trust Eliza Dominican salon with your head. They have a dangerous pattern of mistreating textured hair. A stylist forcefully yanked a comb straight from my ROOTS to my ends with so much force that my head and neck were pulling back in severe pain. When I reacted, the stylist literally smiled in my face like a sadist. This isn't a mistake, it’s a standard for how they treat black women. A friend of mine experienced catastrophic hair loss after they used harsh products on her head. They lack basic knowledge for 4C textures, ignore damage, and do not care about the health of your hair. Save your scalp, your edges, and your money. They are clearly discriminatory & it's wild they've been in business for over a decade getting away with this. Just look at how they respond to every bad review on here with deflection, excuses & no accountability. They care more about shifting blame than righting their wrongs.

They do not know to properly straighten hair. $50 down the drain. My first time ever coming this salon & last. I do not recommend!!
